let's see...

who can i offend now? hmm...

this one from boingboing cracks me up. and as usual, the comments are at least as funny as the article.

how 'bout these pics my sister sent me from the web?...

(i think i'll call that last one the HOTD.)

or this one from this dark roasted blend post...

can you say, "christvertising"? say what?!?

this one is only maybe offensive if you're an inveterate shoppaholic. maybe...
the transparent toaster???

and last, but by no means least, here's something else from boingboing. gem sweaters??? oh my.

oh my!

;) I have a feeling that if gas prices continue to rise, and IF this would actually make the car run, we may see much more of that first photo!

LOL - HOTD!

This is too funny. I agree with Cinnamin...gas is unreal. I traded my convertable Mustang GT yesterday for a subcompact car...yea, my convertible...but I had to, the gas back and forth to work for the hubby was unreal.

that picture always reminds me a funny story my dad told me years ago.

he was out dove hunting with some old friends. the driver of the jeep had a fifth of vodka under his seat that he'd pull out and pass around every so often.

at one point he pretended to run out of gas by switching to his second (empty) gas tank.

out in the middle of nowhere they were...4 grown men were presumably stranded. 50 miles from civilization...there was much hemming and hawing and no doubt a fair share of cussing.

but mr. lucas eventually nonchalantly reaches under the drivers seat and pulls out that bottle, dumps it into the gas tank...

vroom! they're off.

it wasn't 'til much later they learned about the dual gas tank switch and the 2nd bottle he kept under his seat.

the second bottle of *vodka* was full of gasoline. (what a jokester!)
